Rinko’s dog Bon bites a girl and is to be put down. To save her dog she steals another one that looks just alike him to use as a scapegoat. During the robbery she accidentally kills a person and finds herself needing a scapegoat of her own.

We are happy to announce that we have three guest curators who will be presenting programs at this year’s NIPPON CONNECTION: legendary film critic Tokitoshi Shiota, who is also program director of the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival and actor in films by Takashi MIKE and Shinya TSUKAMOTO; Shozo Ichiyama, producer for Office Kitano and artistic director of the TOKYO FILMeX festival; and author Tom Mes, co-founder of midnighteye.com.
