Chocolate Underground

In an imaginary country in the future, the ‘Good for You‘ political party introduces a Chocolate Prohibition Law. Two brave friends, Hunter and Smudger, and their  companion Louise try to get back the glimpse of sweet life and start an illegal business which actually becomes a fight against the regime. Freedom for all - Chocolate
for all.

About the director: Takayuki HAMANA, born in 1967, came to Production I.G. very early on, when the studio was still called IG Tatsunoko. He worked there as a key animator on many projects before making his debut as a director with the hit TV show THE PRINCE OF TENNIS.
